Child Labor in 1911

In 1911 thousands of children worked in factories. Some had no time to play, some worked just for the money. some were to young to work in the factories, but they did it anyways. You had to be at least 14 to work in factories, and 12 to work in the mines. it was just terrible. When the shirtwaist fire caught very few survived most jumped to their death, and some were burned to death. It was just plain madness! That is my opinion on child labor.
